Will my new website be mobile-friendly and show up on Google?
Yes, every website we design is mobile-first and built with SEO in mind from the start, including clean structure, meta tags and schema markup. We do not promise specific Google rankings, since that depends on competition and ongoing effort, but we build the technical foundation to help you rank.
Can you redesign my existing website instead of building a new one?

How many revisions do I get on my design?

What are your service rates, such as the cost of a website?
Our pricing is affordable and negotiable, based on the type of website you need. A simple business website typically starts from ₦120,000, a full business or WordPress site from ₦280,000, and an ecommerce or custom web app from ₦500,000, depending on pages, features and complexity. How long does it take to build a website?
A simple website can be completed in less than a week. Larger projects, such as ecommerce stores, custom web apps, or sites with a lot of content, typically take a few weeks. We give you a clear timeline before work begins.
Do you build ecommerce websites?

Do you develop custom WordPress websites?

Do you offer website maintenance?
Yes. We offer ongoing website maintenance and support plans covering updates, security monitoring, backups, and speed fixes, so your site stays fast, secure, and online without you having to think about it.
Can you fix a slow, outdated or broken website?
Absolutely. If your current website is outdated, slow, or not mobile-friendly, we can redesign it or fix specific issues, from improving load speed to making it responsive on phones and tablets, without necessarily starting from scratch.
What happens if my website gets hacked or goes down?
Clients on a maintenance plan get priority support to clean up, restore from backup and secure the site. We also offer one-off hacked-site clean-ups and security hardening if you're not already on a plan.
Is maintenance a one-time fee or an ongoing subscription?
Website maintenance is an ongoing plan, typically billed monthly or annually, since updates, backups and security monitoring need to happen continuously, not once. One-off fixes are also available if you just need a specific issue resolved.

Do you guarantee a specific Google ranking from your SEO services?

Is SEO included when you build my website, or is it a separate service?
Every website we build includes on-site SEO basics: clean structure, page titles, meta descriptions and schema markup. Ongoing SEO, such as keyword targeting, content strategy and backlink building to actively grow your traffic over time, is a separate, dedicated service.
How long does SEO take to show results?
SEO is a gradual process. Most sites start seeing measurable movement within 2 to 4 months, with stronger results building over 6 months and beyond, depending on your industry, competition and how much content and backlink work is done.

Do you offer payment plans or installment payments?
Yes, for larger projects we can discuss a payment plan, typically a deposit to begin work and a balance on completion or in agreed milestones. This is arranged individually, so let us know your preference when you request a quote.
What happens after I submit a project request?
We review your requirements and reply, usually within 24 hours, with a clear quote and timeline. Once you approve and make the agreed deposit, work begins.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?
