The challenge

Reinospace needed a website that proves one idea: design, renovation and art can come from a single accountable team.

Most renovation providers in Nigeria split the work across a designer, a finishing contractor and an artist. Reinospace brings these together, from space planning and POP ceilings to lighting, painting and hand-painted murals. A generic brochure site would not show that.

The website had to do four jobs:

  • Explain a broad service range without overwhelming first-time visitors.
  • Show real, finished work before visitors ever pick up the phone.
  • Serve both homeowners and commercial clients, including offices, churches, schools and developers.
  • Rank for the searches people actually make, such as renovation and interior design in Lagos.

Our approach

We organised the site around the questions a client asks before hiring a renovation company: what do you do, have you done it before, how does it work and what happens next.

  1. Lead with the promise. The homepage opens on "Renovation with Innovation" and two paths: explore services or view projects.
  2. Give every service its own page. Interior design and space planning, residential renovation, commercial and office renovation, POP ceiling and drywall, home renovation in Lagos, and murals and art installation each get a dedicated page written for how people search.
  3. Let the work do the selling. Each project page walks through the space, the process and the finished result, with the location and timeframe stated up front.
  4. Make the next step obvious. A Get a Quote button sits in the header, with consultation and start-your-project prompts at the end of key pages.
  5. Mirror the real process. The services and about pages set out Reinospace's five steps: consultation and site visit, design and space planning, material selection and costing, supervised execution, and handover.

Key features

  • Featured projects on the homepage. Four recent projects link straight to full case studies, including a 3-month building renovation in Lekki, a 3-day mural branding project on Lagos Island and an 18-day interior and mural project in Obanikoro Estate.
  • Projects and gallery. A categorised projects section (renovation, mural art, art installation, interior design) sits beside a visual gallery of finished spaces.
  • Service highlights. Six core services on the homepage, from residential and commercial renovation to lighting design and art integration, each linking deeper.
  • Trust signals. A "why choose us" block, a project-count section and a full FAQ answering cost, timeline, coverage and small-job questions.
  • Quote and contact paths. Header quote button, contact page, phone, email and a WhatsApp chat button with a pre-filled enquiry message.
  • Blog for search and education. Practical guides on topics such as interior design versus decoration, renovating an office while it stays open, and 2026 costs per square metre for POP ceiling, painting and tiling.
  • Social and newsletter. Instagram link and newsletter sign-up to keep past visitors engaged.
  • Privacy by default. Cookie consent with granular preferences, plus privacy policy and terms pages.

Technical highlights

The site is easy for the Reinospace team to manage, so they can add projects, blog posts and gallery images without a developer.

  • Responsive design that works on phones, tablets and desktops.
  • Google Fonts for consistent typography, loaded for fast display.
  • On-page SEO foundations: canonical URLs, descriptive meta titles and descriptions, and Open Graph and Twitter card tags for clean sharing.
  • Cookie consent with accept, reject and customise options.
  • WhatsApp chat with a pre-filled message for quick enquiries.

What is live today

Since launch in 2026, the site has grown into a working sales and credibility tool:

  • Six dedicated service pages covering design, renovation, finishes and art
  • Four published project case studies across Lekki, Lagos Island, Obanikoro Estate and Ikeja
  • A blog with practical guides published through August and September 2026
  • A gallery, FAQ and quote request flow connecting every page to a clear next step

The site is built to keep growing: each new project and article adds another page for search engines to index and another reason for a visitor to get in touch.
